#EuroStack: European Strategic Sovereign Digital Infrastructures
Europe has spent a decade regulating US platforms while letting them occupy its entire digital value chain. With Cristina Caffarra, Francesco Bonfiglio, Vittorio Bertola, Sebastiano Toffaletti, Kai Zenner, and others, I contributed to the pitch document that launched EuroStack: a programme to join and build the logical and physical infrastructures — from chips to data to compute to connectivity — that Europe needs to secure its role in competitive digital value chains.
