#EuroStack: European Strategic Sovereign Digital Infrastructures

Europe has not developed an integrated indigenous digital ecosystem, and the spaces have been occupied by large US corporations: not only services and applications, but the entire value chain that supports them, from chips to data to compute to connectivity. This dependency is extractive, accelerating with the AI build-out, and a front-line issue for security, resilience, and the economy.
This pitch document, dated 10 January 2025, sets out the EuroStack mission: to join and build the logical and physical infrastructures that secure Europe’s role in competitive digital value chains, with an urgent programme of action rather than yet more regulation.
