Digital & Data Sovereignty: Definitions and Technologies for Independence and Resilience
The Graduate Institute hosted an event convened by Emrys Schoemaker to discuss data sovereignty and infrastructure with the wider UN community. The event opened with a keynote from Ambassador Kah, and was followed by a panel moderated by Mark Scott and featuring interventions from Neha Mishra, Konstantinos Komaitis, and yours truly.
We discussed the rising importance of digital sovereignty in global digital governance, and more widely in geopolitics and trade.
